Our Story

A Century of
Handcrafted Tradition

In 1902, an oven was built — a coal brick oven that would define a neighborhood. Over 120 years later, that same oven still burns every morning at 4 AM, and Jack's hands still shape every loaf of bread that comes out of it.

We use unbleached flour. Real butter. Recipes passed down from grandmothers who never measured anything — they just knew. Our seven layer cookies, our cannolis, our bread — they're not just products. They're a promise.

In a neighborhood that's changing fast, we haven't. Cash only. Same hours. Same recipes. Because some things are worth preserving.
